• All videos are filmed in 4K for the highest quality
• Edited with slo-mo around each barrel and on the run home
• Delivered without audio so you can choose your own music
• Delivered with 4K resolution and cropped for social sharing

General Terms & Policies

• Early registration is highly encouraged for riders wanting videos. Runs filmed after dark may result in lower video quality.
• All orders are final and no refunds will be provided unless there's an emergency event.
• Unpaid orders will result in no edits and put into archive until the invoice is paid.
• Edits may be delivered as a full run or as a stylized compilation at the videographer’s discretion.
• Edits are delivered without music or sound so riders may apply their own.
• With purchase, clients receive digital usage rights (posting and sharing permitted). Alteration of color grading or editing style is not permitted.
• Video previews will not be provided due to the amount of videos ordered and time it takes to edit them.
  
• Crescent Studios retains full ownership and copyright of all footage and may use content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
• Videos will be delivered as soon as possible following the event.

**Social Media Posting Disclaimer - We love socials and sharing to show how amazing your sport is. All videos are delivered with the best quality from myself to you. They are going to look great on your phones, but bear in mind that if your social media settings are the default quality like 99% of the general population is. Your videos are going to get compressed by the social platform's file system and will lose some quality.
